Please follow the care instructions below to protect your rhinestones and your custom piece.

✨GENERAL CARE

Avoid pulling, picking, scratching, or rubbing directly against the rhinestones.

💎Store carefully.

When you're not wearing your piece, store it somewhere clean and dry. Avoid placing heavy items on top of rhinestone designs.

💎Keep away from rough surfaces.

Rough surfaces can catch on rhinestones and may cause them to loosen or fall off.

💎Avoid excessive heat.

Keep your rhinestone pieces away from high temperatures, direct heat, and prolonged exposure to extreme sunlight.

🧼CLEANING YOUR PIECE

For the safest results, gentle hand cleaning is recommended.

✨Use a soft, damp cloth to gently clean around the rhinestones.

✨For clothing, use a small amount of mild detergent when necessary.

✨Avoid soaking heavily embellished areas whenever possible.

✨Allow your piece to air dry completely.

🚫Do not use bleach.

🚫Do not use harsh cleaners or abrasive cleaners.

🚫Do not scrub directly over rhinestones.

👖CLOTHING & DENIM

For rhinestone jeans, jackets, shirts, hoodies, and other clothing:

HAND WASHING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

If machine washing is necessary:

💠Turn garment inside out.

💠Use a gentle/delicate cycle.

💠Use cold water.

💠Place the garment in a laundry bag/ pillowcase tightly when possible.

💠Avoid harsh detergents.

🚫AVOID THE DRYER

High heat can weaken the adhesive and may cause rhinestones to loosen.

Instead, air dry your garment flat or hang it carefully, depending on the material.

🧢HATS AND ACCESSORIES

For rhinestone hats, bags, sunglasses, phone cases, and other accessories:

✨Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

✨Avoid soaking the item.

✨Do not scrub directly over the rhinestones.

✨Allow the item to air dry completely before storing or using it.

👟SHOES

For rhinestone shoes:

✨Gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth.

✨Clean around rhinestones rather than aggressively rubbing over them.

✨Avoid excessive water.

✨Allow shoes to completely air dry.

🚫Do not place rhinestone shoes in a washing machine or dryer unless specifically instructed otherwise.

💎A LITTLE RHINESTONE SHEDDING IS NORMAL

Because rhinestones are individually applied by hand, occasional rhinestone loss can happen with normal wear and tear.

This does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your piece.

If you notice a rhinestone has come loose, please do not pull at the surrounding rhinestones. Contact Dazzled by Ari for assistance.

For pieces that require repairs, additional materials and/or repair fees may apply depending on the situation.
